I Love Football

Millions of people in the United States consider Autumn to be football season. I love football. I love football because when people watch you, you feel important, you get to push people around, and you have a team that's got your back.

I think football is the best sport because people watch you. It makes you feel important. One time my mom and dad came to watch my game. I was nervous, but when I saw them, it made me feel special and important. When they came to watch me play, we won our game. After the game we went to eat pizza. That made me feel special, too.

I like football because you can play rough and push other kids around. In school you cannot push. One time at my game I got to push a big kid. My push made it so we could get the ball back to our team. Even though it's a rough game I know now that I can do hard things and win.

I like football because you have a team that has got your back. My team has my back when I am not feeling confident. My team has my back when I am hurt. They volunteer to fill in for me. My team has my back when I am sad, and they try to cheer me up. Does your team have your back in the sport that you play? In all the things I like about football, I like being on a team best. Now the people on my team are my best friends.

I love football because you can push yourself to do hard things. I also like running and playing rough doing things like pushing and tackling people. But being part of a team is the best reason why I like football.
