The Stroll

There was a little unicycle

who felt so glum,

that all he could eat

was a small little plum.

He never felt dandy,

so he never ate candy

He never felt nice,

so he never ate rice.

He never felt happy,

so he never ever ate tomatoes.

(he was allergic)

He was tired of being glum

so one day he went for a nice little stroll,

until he came to a highway toll.

He paid the fine and passed a mine.

Then went to Meijer and bought a tire.

What he did next was type a text,

then rode on a bus with a bike named Gus,

talked for a while as they rode a mile,

talked about love while they fed a dove,

laughed a bunch and then had lunch,

watched a movie that was really groovy,

and said goodbye after they ate some pie.

Then he listened to some rap and took a nap,

and ate a meal that was not teal

As he went to bed, he said,

“I feel so dandy, and I can eat candy!

I feel so nice, and I can eat rice!

I feel so happy!
But I still won't eat tomatoes.

And I feel so great now!”

Then he dreamed he owned a big fat cow.

STARZAN

Polliwog Summer Writing Contest

STARZAN

Starzan was a constellation. He sparkled brighter than any other  constellation except one, Ursa Major. His stars were comets. O, Starzan was so JEALOUS! 

One day while all of the constellations were sleeping, including Ursa Major, Starzan took one of Ursa Major's stars and replaced it with one of his. Now Starzan had 1 comet and Ursa Major had 1 star. 

The next day he did the same thing. And the next, and the next, and the next. Until Starzan had all comets and Ursa Major had all  stars. 

This interested Ursa Minor.( He was Ursa Major's best friend.) He took a look at Starzan (ST) He  was known for having 1 black hole. Now Ursa Major had a black hole!  

Ursa Major (UMA) And Minor (UMI) made a plan. UMA was going to borrow 2 of UMI's stars and say that the black hole gave him the stars. So they did the plan and ST said he was sorry, so him and UMA traded stars and comets and were happy!

Annika's Kitty

The first thing you should know, my kitty is silly and funny. She likes to play with milk rings.

Her name is Stellar. Me and Mommy call her Stella. Daddy calls her Mooch.

She is blackish grayish color. Sometimes she climbs on top of the fridge. We adopted Stellar. Sometimes she likes to play with those rubber squishy things.

Her favorite place to nap is my room.( on my bed ). Stellar sometimes steals daddy's seat while he's doing something else.

"Missy and Sarah"

Once upon a time there were two friends a 8-year old girl. And a puppy named Sarah. The girl,s name was Missy.

Sarah was good at tricks. One day when Missy,s mom was reading the news-paper. She found that next week there will be a dog-show! To get in the show you need only 1$! She told Missy. And asked if they wanted to be on the show.

Missy “said no!” We,re not good enough! Besides Sarah is just a puppy.

“just asking. But she kept on reading about the dog-show. She found out that there was a dog -show for puppy's she told Missy.

Missy “said well can I go in the puppy-dog-show”.

Mom “ said “ sure” if you want.

next week Missy and Sarah went to the puppy-dog-show. There were tons of owners and puppy,s all over the place! Then Missy “said wens the show going to start.”

her mom “said in a few minutes.”

wen the show started the announcer “said first up is Amy and Sunny.” Amy and Sunny stepped on the stage.



There was an obstacle-course set up for the puppy,s. There were things to jump over. Things to jump through. And things to crawl under. First there was a hoop set up. Sunny jumped up... but didn't make it. There was something to jump over she didn't make it. The rest of them were bad.

Then it was there turn. Sarah got them all right! They won!

Missy and Sarah went to all the puppy-dog-shows and won all of them! Wow! Since then Missy and Sarah were the puppy-dog-show champions!

Wen Missy grew up she was a puppy-dog-show
judge. (It was fun.)

The Deer Family

A deer said I need a family. then Another deer came and she said I 'll be in your family. then A moose came along and he said I 'll be in your family to . and then A doe came along and she said and I 'll be in your family also . and then they were a family and they had a baby. His name was John. John was a good baby. A few years later wen he was seven all the deer played together.

Wen John was a dad he had a wife named... Scarlet and two deer named Amy and Cody. Amy and Cody are twins and . they like the same things too! And the same games to. they like to play tag and freeze tag. And hide and seek.

And wen Amy and Cody grew up... they surprisingly got married! And they,re kids names were... Mary and Matt. And they were very good kids. A few years later at thanks giving. They had a feast. And celebration for Christmas
